Delicious Pho and spring rolls. Had a small Pho Tai and it was the perfect size for me. The broth was light but so full of flavor, the sprouts and garnishes were super crisp. The lime was extra juicy. Everything was just so fresh and yummy. Perfect for a rainy day, will definitely be back
Overall a very good experience. I ordered the weekend special noodle and it was excellent. They gave me plenty of meat and it was very fresh! Wish they gave me more noodles but it's fine. I ordered extra portion so there is that. Service could be better here but as is the case in many Asian restaurants that are busy, YOU NEED TO BE LOUD!
The food is amazing! Huge portions for good prices! Just make sure you have cash, no cards accepted. Never been forced to tip. 1 star off for atmosphere as it can feel a bit crowded/claustrophobic, but I understand they want to maximize the space they have.
So far, the best Vietnamese food I had in Montreal! Their noodle grilled chicken soup is . Their grilled beef chicken rice is a MUST try . Give it a try . Prices are fairly well. All in all: Quality , price . This is my spot and will be in my monthly to go list! Just keep in mind: no credit card, no debit, only Cash!
Pho Bang New York is hands down the best spot for authentic Vietnamese pho in Chinatown. As a loyal customer for the past three years, I can confidently say that their quality never wavers—every visit delivers the same delicious, consistent flavors that keep me coming back. One thing to note is that it's a cash-only establishment, but they do have an ATM inside for convenience (just be aware of the small service fee). Despite this minor inconvenience, the fantastic food and reliable experience make it well worth it. I love this Pho place. The price is right, the portions are big and the service is one of the fastest in town. The pho is delicious and the spicy weekend special pho is even better. I almost never have to wait for a table. One of the best spots in Chinatown imo. They have been accommodating of my food restrictions, which I appreciate a lot. Please note they only take cash but they have an ATM next to the area where you go to pay.
Fresh and flavourful. Beef was delicious i the other soups we had. Imperial rolls were very good.
Many people told me that good pho can be found here and I do like it. For a small sized woman small is good but not super filling, beef came with generous amount. The salt lemonade is pretty refreshing but for personal taste I wished it come with more lemon. One thing to notice is it’s a cash money restaurant, if you are a person like me who only bring a 5 dollar cash in wallet, there is a atm inside the restaurant but with extra transaction fee.
